Core capabilities

Imperial Commercial Flooring provides single-source installation for complete commercial flooring packages, including resilient flooring, carpet and soft surfaces, ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stone, and wood flooring systems, resinous coatings, and polished concrete.

Our work begins with proper substrate evaluation and mechanical surface preparation, followed by installation in accordance with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable industry standards—delivering consistent quality, durability, and long-term performance.

Resilient flooring

The full resilient package — the workhorse floors for offices, schools, clinics, and back-of-house space. Substrates are flash-patched, leveled, and moisture-tested before a single piece goes down, so the floor takes rolling loads and wet mopping without lifting at the seams.

  • LVT / LVP — glue-down tile and plank
  • VCT — vinyl composition tile
  • Sheet vinyl — heat-welded seams
  • Linoleum — sheet and tile
  • Rubber flooring — rolled and interlocking
  • SPC / WPC — rigid core
  • ESD and specialty resilient flooring
  • Stair treads and wall base

Epoxy flooring

Seamless, chemical-resistant resin systems — epoxy, urethane, and MMA — for spaces that get washed down, driven on, or inspected. Applied over shot-blasted or ground slabs with the moisture testing done first.

  • Solid-color, flake, and quartz broadcast finishes
  • Urethane cement and fast-cure MMA for wet processing
  • Integral cove base, slip profiles, and line striping

Polished concrete

Mechanically ground, densified, and burnished slabs that finish as the floor itself — no coating to peel, no covering to replace, and far less day-to-day maintenance.

  • Cream, salt-and-pepper, and full aggregate exposure
  • Matte through high-gloss sheen levels
  • Grind-and-seal option for slabs that will not take a polish

Where we work

Facilities we floor

Each of these puts a different demand on a floor — chemical exposure, forklift traffic, sanitation standards, or a hard reopening date. The system gets specified around that.
